A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a half finger high frothy light tan head that left a large, thin patch of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of dark malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of flavors of dark malts along with subtle bits of sweetness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount fo carbonation.
O: This beer has nice flavors of dark malts but is light in body and goes down very easily.

Collaboration with Eric Williams. 16oz can poured into a tulip. Pours almost black with a nice khaki head that fades leaving nice retention and okay lacing. The aromas have a nice amount of smoke and chocolate. Malts are there. The flavors follow the nose perfectly. More chocolate and smoke lead the way. Lots of burnt toast. Very roasty. Lots of malts. The lager yeast does its thing. It's not too bitter. Alcohol goes completely unnoticed. Mouthfeel is nice. It's light with active carbonation. Very smooth and extremely easy to drink.

This is a very nice Schwarzbier. Nice flavors for being such a small beer. The craftsmanship is on point. Enjoyable stuff. Well done.
