Poured into a Wicked Weed snifter. No freshness date.

A- Pours a medium golden color with a 1/4 inch white head that immediately fizzes away to nothing. No lacing.

S- Sweet peach aroma smells like the peaches you'd put on pancakes.

T- More peach leads to some lactic acid sourness and finishes with a weak wheat flavor. Pretty refreshing and drinkable. Peach pit aftertaste.

M- Mildly tart with medium carbonation and a light body.

O- A very straightforward peach kettle sour. Nothing too fancy but it doesn't need to be in this case.

Pours a clear yellow-orange with no head. Nose is fresh peach, with a hint of funk. The palate opens with fruit juice - peach and apricot - and segues into a sour backend. The sour notes of the beer are neither puckering nor earthy, The clean sour backend finally segues into a wheat-beer base, with grounds the brew well. Mouthfeel is medium-light.

Overall, a reasonable kettle sour. A good clean sour note that's akin to Aunt Sally balances a well-executed series of fruit adjuncts. That said, the beer as a whole is a touch sweeter than I'd prefer, and the gestalt isn't particularly compelling. It's a beer I'd drink, but not one I'd buy.

16oz can poured into a pint glass
A: Light orange with a 1/2-finger head that quickly settles
S: Peach, yeast and a pleasant sour/vinegar note
T: Matches the nose adding a bit of citrus. Mouthwatering from the acidity
M:Light-bodied, a pleasant sourness
O: Tasty and refreshing

Pours a pale opaque straw yellow color. Aroma is tart acidic with some fruit. Flavor is little tart with an acidic sour flavor. Balanced well with some peach acidity that finishes sweet. Has a crisp smooth drinking body. Overall a nice refreshing summertime sour.
