Growler poured into a tulip. Pours a strange reddish-orange, with minimal head. The nose is juicy, but in a way closer to Platform's prior fruit-infused IPAs than to true NE IPA hop-based juciness. The palate follows a similar tack, tasting a little too much like fruit juice, without the more savory hop aspect. The mouthfeel, similarly, lacks the thickness that really makes the style. It's not a bad beer overall, but it's nothing great either.
