16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 10/10/2017. Pours slightly hazy pale golden straw color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart/tangy passionfruit, fruit skin, lemon, lime, pear, peach, melon, red/green apple, wheat, cracker, hay, herbal, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, passionfruit, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart/tangy passionfruit, fruit skin, lemon, lime, pear, peach, melon, red/green apple, wheat, cracker, hay, herbal, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness and fruit/wheat tang in the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy passionfruit, fruit skin, lemon, lime, pear, peach, melon, red/green apple, wheat, cracker, hay, herbal, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, passionfruit, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with zero puckering flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately bready/grainy/acidic/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 3.9%. Overall this is a delicious Berliner weisse. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, passionfruit, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink; with the modestly lactic/tangy/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery feeling for the ABV. Great balanced lacto fruitiness and tangy passion fruit flavors; with a nice pils/wheat malt backbone. Not overly lactic, but definitely adequate. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

16oz can poured into a pint glass
A: Pale yellow with a thin head and lots of little bubbles
S: Floral, passion fruit, a bit of funk
T: I enjoy tiki cocktails which often utilize passion fruit and that flavor is definitely here. It's joined by citrus, dry pineapple and florals
M: Light-bodied, sour
O: Another strong contender in this sour lineup from Platform. Pleasant to drink as the temperature warms

light and cloudy. Noticable funk. I sometimes fantasize about licking a hot girls armpit and this is probably as close as im ever gonna get. Lets hope not, but if thats the case im ok with that because this aint that bad! Compared to others ive tried in thise Gose style? Not nearly as salty and actually palatable! Glad i gave this one a try.

I am generally impressed with Platform sours, but this one here smells like a dead mouse. I honestly don't know how much variation there is in Platforms brewing techniques from one berliner to another but this one is not good.
