12 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 11/22/2017. Pours slightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of lemon, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, red apple, citrus peel/zest, pepper, pine, toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate bready malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big lemon, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, red apple, citrus peel/zest, pepper, pine, toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel, herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, red apple, citrus peel/zest, pepper, pine, toasted bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, fairly crisp, and lightly resinous balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 5.1%. Overall this is an excellent single hopped American pale ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/dryness finish, never aggressive. Great balanced dank and vibrant hop complexity; nice bready malt backbone, with no residual sweetness. Only my second experience with Loral hops, but definitely better than the Ghost Hammer was to me. This was more vibrant on citrus/fruit and not overly earthy/spicy on the hops. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Light burnt orange in color. Fairly clear in appearance. Tangerine, orange and pine. Fairly large, dry malt profile. A bit earthy. Nicely balanced, easier drinking pale ale. Pretty good, old school feel.

Crisp and clean. Enough hops to offset the malt, then a bit more. I give bonus points in the overall because they list the grain bill, yeast, and hops used. That's nice to know when reviewing recipes to make.

On- tap at Albion, New York, NY

A: The beer is hazy yellowish amber in color and has a light amount of carbonation. It poured with a short white head that died down, leaving a small patch of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of grainy malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of grainy and pale malts along with a bit of fruity hops. There is a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. Hints of dryness are perceptible.
O: This beer tastes a little more like a pilsener than an APA.
