16 FL OZ can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours amber and hazy with burnt orange highlights. It is topped with less than an inch of tan head that leaves spotty lacing.
I get the pear first. The strawberry follows thereafter. And it smell tart.
The strawberry starts out the flavor. The pear is more subtle. The finish is tart and briny.
Medium bodied with a semi dry mouthfeel
Platform seems to take a lot of grief in the Ohio forums. I have not had a whole lot of there beer because of those complaints. I think I have pretty much liked all the beers that I have tried from them. I need to quit being a sheep.

Poured into a stange.
The appearance was a slight dark muddled pink color. Just a wispy little white foamy head quickly dissolving to leave no lacing.
The aroma had strawberries, pears, sour wheat and a touch of salt.
The flavor leaned into the sour and tart character first and then seemed to develop a keen balance of with the fruits. Light aftertaste of strawberries, pears and sour wheat.
The mouthfeel was light bodied with a fair sessionability about it. There's not enough sour harsh pucker ability to make this a sipper. I found the fruity character to pull down any pucker quality. Carbonation and ABV felt on par. Light finish of strawberries, pears and sour wheat.
Overall, pretty nice gose, I can see it the style with a nice creativity making it one to have again preferably in warmer weather.

Appearance: Pours a hazy goldenstraw with just a hint of red berry color; the head firms at a finger or so, leaving a few spots here and there
Smell: Grainy, with a tart strawberry edge
Taste: Lactic strawberry forward, with a grainy aspect; a hint of pear builds along with the salt; fruity, with a moderately salty character, in the finish
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: A nice gose, with some interesting fruit adjuncts
Thanks, N-Gogol, for the opportunity

Pours dark yellow-tan with minimal head. Smell is grain, salt, and fruit. Taste is grainy, salty, with fruit taking a bit of a backseat. Not very complex, and I think a bit more fruit might be better. Still not bad at all though. Could down a few of these on a hot day and enjoy them. Probably my least favorite of the half dozen or so Platform beers I’ve had, but still drinkable and tasty.
