A: The beer is quite cloudy and hazy yellow in color. It poured with a finger high white head that left thick wisps of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lactose and tangerines are present in the nose along with hints of grapefruit.
T: The taste starts off with flavors of lactose with slight hints of vanilla and finishes with notes of tangerines. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied, somewhat smooth, and a little creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems like it could use a little more in the way of tangerines to really be an IPA but I enjoyed the vanilla flavors in this "milkshake" beer.

Appearance - pours opaque orange with a nice white head that settles to a thin film. Spotty lacing all around the glass.

Aroma - Ripe tangerine, orange peel, light pine, oats, mild vanilla.

Taste - Nicely balanced light sweetness with a touch of bitterness. The tangerine is coming through well along with the lactose. Biter citrus peel and grapefruit.

Feel - Medium bodied the lactose adds a level of creaminess, slightly dry finish.

Overall - Well done milkshake IPA, not overly sweet.

More citrus flavors than I was expecting. Pretty sweet. Not bad really but it doesn't touch an Eagle Park milkshake IPA.

This is a "Milkshake Style IPA". 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours a murky orange with a small white head that fades leaving decent retention and lacing. Some sediment floating around. The aromas have a nice blend of citrus and tropical fruits. Some floral notes. Malts are there. The flavors are on the sweeter side. It's very juicy. Orange, grapefruit, peach, apricot and mango are there. It drinks like juice for the most part. Low bitterness. Solid malt backbone. Alcohol basically goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is nice. It's full-bodied with active carbonation. It's fluffy, smooth and pretty easy to drink.

This is an decent brew. It starts off pretty sweet, but it becomes balanced the more you get into it. The aromas are nice, but the sweetness takes it down a notch. It might start off a little rough around the edges, it ultimately becomes enjoyable and fun to drink. It's pretty solid for the "New England IPA" style.
