Enjoying this beer on a warm summer night here in Cleveland. Poured from a 16 oz can into one of my pokal glasses, this beer pours a pretty clear, dark pale golden color with lots of streams of little bubbles rapidly and continuously rising ti the beer's surface a white head that's about an inch thick when first poured that eventually settles to a thick ring surrounding the inside of the glass along with a big cluster swirl of a film layer of foam and good lacing. Aromas of some bready malts and certainly some wheat along with lime notes and also a hint of lactose. A very similar flavor profile is found here, with a nice bready malt and wheat backbone for the flavor profile that's followed by a very nice lime zest that adds just the right amount of tangy sourness and a nice hint of lactose. The addition of the lactose is certainly interesting, but I feel it sort of masks/diminishes the other flavors a bit. Just a slight touch of herbal and floral hops. Has a crisp, smooth, slightly prickly, medium mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean, slightly dry finish and aftertaste. An interesting take on this style.

Served on tap in a 16 oz (475 ml) tonic pint glass at Good Beer, just around the corner for St. Mark's Place in Manhattan, NY.
A: Pours a cloudy, green-golden-orange color with an off white, one finger head, low retention (not even a rim) and no significant lacing.
S: Aromas of sea salt and lime predominate.
T: Semisweet, saline, and maybe a touch tart. The palate follow the nose with the addition of caramel, red berry, and coconut notes. No appreciable bitterness, but coconut seems to trail as an aftertaste.
M: Medium bodied with no more than moderate carbonation. Smooth and somewhat creamy.
O: This drank very well, but I didn't care much for the aftertaste. Didn't quite capture the billed elements of "Key Lime Pie," although I'm note sure that was really ever the point. Not bad, but would pass on a second.

A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly died down, leaving lacing on the surface and a collar consisting of medium-sized bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of limes are present in the nose.
T: The taste is somewhat sour and has flavors of limes with notes of graham crackers and hints of lactose.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly tart and creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This gose is a nice representation of a key lime pie. It wasn't overly sour and you could pick up flavors of all of the ingredients in the taste.
