I got a six pack of this from my local meijer. It poured an opaque dark with thin tan head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had faint peat and roast notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with earthy espresso presence and chocolate highlights. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.

12 ounce can, canned on 01/25/19. Served in a nonic pint glass, the beer pours dark brown/black with about a half inch tan head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. I like the aroma, the brew smells like burnt/charred malt, dark bread and some coffee. I think the taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but there's a bit of smokiness noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's a bit slick and is really easy to drink. I thought this was a good Dry Irish Style Stout, wish there were more brews like this available year round (and as far as I know this was just a one-time brew). Certainly worth picking this one up! $10.99 a 6-pack.
