Having this beer on-tap at the brewery, this beer draws a pretty cloudy/hazy, medium golden/copper color with a white head that’s about an inch thick when first drawn and served. Settles to a thick white ring lining the inside of the glass along with a nice big cluster swirl of foam on the beer’s surface and also has excellent lacing. Aromas of some slightly toasted bready malts and wheat along with wheat, clove, banana and just a hint of bubblegum. A very similar flavor profile, with some slightly toasted, bready caramel malt followed by wheat, some clove, and hints of banana and a bit of bubblegum that’s all rounded out with a slight trace of hops. Has a slightly tingly, crisp, also smooth and frothy, medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish and a nice slightly sweet and bready aftertaste. Spot on for the style.
