An inspiration from our love of Ohio summers. Brewed with Inca Tea white tea, peach, passionfruit, and loads of hops, our new summer seasonal has bright tropical aromas that finish into a smooth balanced body.

A very good beer with a lot of interesting citrus, tropical fruit and tea flavors. Too bad it's seasonal, I wish they had this year round.

Pours a very light copper with about a half finger of head. The nose has notes of melons. The dominant note in the flavor is that of peaches. This offering is refreshing and well suited for sipping on summer afternoons.

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and has some hints of amber hues. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that died down, leaving a short head covering the surface and lots of specks of bubbles running down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of peaches are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, having initial flavors of peaches and hints of associated sweetness and finishes with stronger notes of tea. Only a faint amount of bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. There is a touch of dryness in the finish.
O: This IPA is hardly bitter at all and in some way the taste is like an adult version of a peach iced tea.

Collaboration with Inca Tea. This is a "White Tea IPA". Canned on 4/26/19. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours golden with some haze to it; fluffy white head that falls leaving great retention and sticky lacing. The aromas are tropical with some peach leading the way. Some sweet malts. The flavors are on the tropical side. The tea really comes through. More peach. It kind of tastes like a "Belgian IPA", but it's not one. Moderate bitterness. Malts do their thing without dominating. Finishes juicy and dry at the same time. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is very nice. It's on the lighter side of medium-bodied with active carbonation. It's sharp, crisp, smooth and easy to drink.

This is a pretty nice IPA. It's pretty unique for the style. The tea really works well. It's very clean, crisp and refreshing. The craftsmanship is impressive. It's very enjoyable and fun to drink. Well done.
