Double dry-hopped pale ale, brewed in collaboration with Kevin King and Gil Censits—one believes pale ales are a thing of the past, the other believes they’re going strong in the market. The winner gets to brew a beer with us!

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of limes are present in the nose along with notes of mangos.
T: The taste has flavors of gooseberries and limes with notes of mangos. Little, if any bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and somewhat juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: You can definitely tell that this is a DDH APA with all of the aromas and flavors of hops. In some aspects, it almost tastes like a lighter version of a New England IPA with the juicy mouthfeel and the apparent lack of bitterness.

This is a great collaboration!! Packed with flavor, multidimensional, incredible nose, perfect mouthfeel—Platform is consistently one of THEE best breweries right now and I am going to definitely buy more before this sells out. (Also love the Evil Twin-inspired name haha!) Seek out and drink immediately!!

1st Review. Great beer, my 1st from brewer. Power-packed. bad name.
a) Hazed thick apricot body with white pulpy lasting head and lace.
s) Too tame, but orchard, flower shop, fruit salad atop mild malts.
t) Flavor meanwhile explodes. Massive fruit salad at modest ABV.
f) Feel is tangy, bitter, peppery, tasting/ feeling like a bigger beer.
o) APA my fave style and this more leans into NE IPA, but great, and bold.
