Collaboration with Cleveland Fishing Co. Canned on 7/10/20. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours golden with a mild haze but still has decent clarity to it along with some bubbles swirling upwards; creamy and fluffy eggshell white head that falls very slowly leaving great thick retention and sticky lacing. The aromas are basically what you would expect from the style. Subtle floral and citrus notes. Some crackers and fresh bread. Malts are there. The flavors are clean and refreshing. More floral notes. Mild hints of lemon. Some fresh grass in the mix. Moderate to low bitterness. Mild sweetness. Malts do their thing. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is on the fuller side of light-bodied with active carbonation. It's sharp, fluffy, smooth and very easy to drink.

This is a really nice pilsner. It basically has everything that you'd look for in the style, more or less. It's extremely refreshing and fun to drink. I really like it. Well done.
