Pours a clear light straw color, quick fading foamy head. Aroma is mainly strawberry with a bit of funk. Flavor is strawberry / rhubarb, some blueberry; but artificial tasting. I like the light sour / funk flavor. Light carbonation works well. Overall this is not my favorite. Very artificial tasting.

This is a beer that did not surprise me at all. I expected a Berliner Weisse, somewhat amped, and that's what this is.
It pours with a big ginger ale head that dies like store brand. Clear and golden. The smell is that fresh acidic yeastiness that means it is alive. The taste is that tangy sour, Americanized, that you expect from the style. Take a nice big pour - it isn't too strong, and it is very refreshing.
Recommended. If you can get one, drink one.
Quick PS 11-6-2020 The aroma on first pour is not to be missed. A delicious alcohol fruit smell eminates.

Burnt gold to amber with a khaki head that's short and foamy, settling to a thin fuzzy film.
Crackery and toasted biscuit malt is quite present on first taste, as well as persistently on the exhale, while mid-palate the medium body's prickly carbonation lifts notes of lightly tart pineapple and orange before coming to a semi-dry, lightly sticky finish. Here it gives off a somewhat unexpectedly semi-bitter note of something else that's toasted or burnt.
