This slushee-style sour is fermented with all of the blackberry greatness, over two tons of Fresh Pure blackberry puree were used to create this thick and smooth sour that hits all the fruit notes. Additions of lactose and vanilla give hints of sweetness like vanilla frosting and blueberry muffins to round out sour candy finish.

No problems at all here, just kinda boring. The vanilla isn't very prevalent so this mostly just tastes like a good but average blackberry sour. That said I think this is one pg Platforms better offerings.

A- dark red with pink head opaque clarity spots of lace cling with lasting retention
Smell is great with fruity berry &dark raspberry scent subtle jam-like aroma
M- a light feel moderately carbonated and tangy with medium sourness with dry finish and mld sweetness
Taste is great with raspberry tanginess and some hints of acidity but malt is dry and long juicy finish with fruit taste that is very fresh and tart
Overall a great example of a fruit infused berliner weiss, excellent in every way was glad I got the. chance to try
