Mindful Mischief is right at the intersection of two stalwart American beer styles, rice lager and hazy IPA. Brewed with a high amount of rice and fermented cold with traditional lager yeast, then judiciously dry-hopped with Saphir and Cashmere. Notes of candied orange and black currant transition into a juicy and smooth body that finishes light a crisp, perfect for the onslaught of the summer heatwaves.
