On tap at the brewery. Appearance right on, nutty aroma. Taste highlights the roast grains, some chocolate, more nuts. Pretty smooth for the high ABV.

Growler from Meridian TGG.. Pours almost clear DEEP dark brown... Verging on stout territory, but still a decent clarity shows near the stem end of my CBC Teku.. Dark cocoa and fruity esters that are right on par.. coffee notes... some raisin and dark toast.. Pretty rich maltiness across the board.. Light stone fruits with balanced cocoa and lesser coffee.. Very well made Baltic Porter... Sometimes the BP attempts come up flat and a thin, but this one hits with a solid medium body and rich flavors and aromas... A tough style to get right and I am VERY impressed. I never like "Continental Baltic Porters" as much as the American take on the style... and this is no exception. Fresh tasting and surprisingly rich.
