A revival of the old TableRock Red with a Fresh Hop twist. Made with 60 lbs of fresh Cascade Hops.

Mini-growler fill from the downtown pub tonight... Pours a hop hazed orange/amber... Beautiful 2 finger off white head left tons of lacing... Grassy/floral hints with a pithy citrus bite.. Nice malty complexity but never comes across as sweet, just nice mix of maltiness... seems a little spicy (more so in the aroma)... Finishes surprisingly dry... I dig it... Good drinkability. Good bitterness for a fresh-hop brew.
