Dark amber color with plenty of foam in the snifter. On the acidic side. Quite zingy and carbonated in the mouth. Some astringency. Funny smell of old fruit.
Yow, sweet and crazy. Some woody taste but it's a lot of orange flavor and citrus peel. The aftertaste is quite bitter and relentless. Some grapefruit and alcohol. Interesting but not one try again. It's just too sharp for my taste.

22oz Bottle
A — Pours an orange and clear color, there is an off white colored head on top that leaves behind some really pretty solid lacing.
S — Smell is fairly mild, but there are nice notes of pungent citrus hops, notes of orange and tangerine, little bit of pine and earth as well.
T — Nicely juicy and orangey hops on top of a chewy and semi sweet malt base.
M — Medium bodied, little bit of a lingering malty sweetness.
O — Good overall, lacks a little bit in depth and composition, but it is a fair IIPA.
