This is an exceptional beer from the Pike Pub & Brewery. They had this on tap instead of their regular hefeweizen; and I don't think they should ever go back.

The look was light with a tinge of redness; clearly unfiltered, with suspended particles. The smell was very nice, plain, inviting and ever-so-slightly sweet.

The taste was great; wheaty but not overwhelming, and little citrusy tones to get in the way of the clean flavor. IT poured slightly carbonated with a tasty texture that was pleasent but not silky. All in al, a very excellent beer from the Pike Brewery, in fact my favorite at the moment.
