On tap at the Pike Brew and Pub, Pike Place
A: A clear light yellow with half finger off-white head that went fast.
S: Floral and fruity with coffee. Now that's weird. This looks like a regular blonde. How did that happen?
T: Starts off your basic blonde, light, wheaty...then quickly gets a kick of coffee. From mild grains to "in your face" light bitterness. What an interesting taste hybrid.
M: Low to medium with low to medium carbonation. Dry.
O: An interesting combo that works. Surely one guests will be talking about.
