I had this on-tap in a goblet at Elliott Bay Pizza Company in Mill Creek.
Appearance: hazy pale orange hue with a big effervescence and a finger of creamy ivory foam. Nice.
Smell: sweet and funky malt aroma with a good balance of characteristics. I like it.
Taste: sweet malt with a light saison funk and a hint of honey. Bitterness builds toward the end. Clean and tasty.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and a nice creaminess. I like it.
Overall: tasty and drinkable, I could quaff a lot of this stuff.

Draft at the brewpub in Seattle.
Pours a dark golden yellow/straw color with a two finger frothy white head that slowly fades into a lasting ring. Sporadic streaks of lacing left behind.
Slightly earthy aroma with a touch of zesty spice, light fruit and subtle honey. Funky saison yeast notes with grass, straw and bread followed by coriander, earthy hops, apples and honey.
Medium bodied but fuller than expected with a nice balance of funky saison yeast, zesty spice, sweet fruit and honey. Some earthy farmhouse yeast notes up front along with subtle grassy hops followed by peppery coriander in the finish. Some sweetness mid palate with lots of honey, apple and pear balancing things out. Not very complex but well balanced and easy to drink.
