Served in straight pint glass. Poured a lightly hazy medium copper-orange color with just a thin cap of off-white head that had low retention and light lacing.

Nice pine hops are at the front of the nose, with some light citrus notes in the background and just a bit of malt showing through. On the tongue, the pine again dominates and the malt has a bit more backbone for support. The citrus notes make for dry finish.

The body is the typical medium of an American IPA. Drinkability was good, the beer went down easily enough, and it was good enough for a second one. Overall, a nice enough example of the style. Worth a shot if you see it.
