Gose (Goes-uh) has been brewed in the German region for hundreds of years and has recently become more popular. This beer typically is brewed with 40% Barley and 60% Wheat, and is hopped very lightly. Spices are added in the boil and the water used to brew Gose, has a high content of Salt.

I think this is a great attempt at a gose. I'm not a brewer but I'm sure this is not an easy style to make. Lemon peel in both the nose and the taste with a mild biscuit malt backbone. Moderate carbonation make it on the dryer side but still wets the whistle. Tangy aftertaste that leans a bit on sour
