Brewed with Hallertau Blanc hops and champagne yeast, the base to this beer has strong notes of white wine similar to its namesake. To this we’ve added 135 pounds of tart cherries creating a beer that is reminiscent of a sparkling rose’ while still maintaining enough bitterness for IPA drinkers.
