Brewed in the tradition of a European-style Pale Ale, the Scotch malt foundation lays the groundwork for its unique flavor and character. A heavy dry hopping lends aroma and flavor to this beer, but keeps the bitterness factor low.

Lightly veiled orange, avrage white foam.
In the smell hop, not too fresh, citrussy. A bit dull.
Same for the taste. Ok, pale ale, light malt, ok hop.
But, again, dull.
But it can be the usual freshness issue for american beer exported to europe.

Cloudy pale golden body, with an averagel, frothy, white head, mostly lasting with nice lacing.
Moderate-to-heavy hoppy (flowers) and light-to-moderate malty (grains) aroma with notes of fruits (peach) and very light spices.
Moderate bitter and light-to-moderate sweet flavour; average-lasting balanced finish.
Light-to-medium body with watery-to-oily texture; average carbonation.

A hometown brew...
...I guess it's okay. I was hoping for something a bit more fruity to the nose and mouth and found it to be a quite muted scent, and just a bit better on the tongue. Overall, It's decent enough, definitely worth heading down there and trying their taproom...

When poured, the glass is taken over by an excessive head. This has happened with multiple bottles. Not good. On the nose, it is pleasant. It smells of tropical fruits and flower. A bit of citrusy thrown in as well. Taste-wise, the malt is nice but doesn't over power the hops. The hops are grassier on the palate with he flower notes still strong. It completes the nose pretty well. The body is decent with decent to subpar carbonation despite the fiasco with the head.

Served up at the Cheesecake Factory. Served in a pint nice and cloudy with a wispy head. Aroma is piney and grapefruit. Taste is crisp and piney with hints of grapefruit and noble hops. Nice malty sweetness mixed with the bitterness. Flavors play throughout. I will seek this out. Nicer when cold. At 7.6% ABV a sneaky ass kicker.

I tried this at the brewery. It poured a clear golden with white head that is not leaving much lace. The scent had faint bittering hop notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with slight bitter hop finish that helped to come off the pallet clean. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's an ok beer.
