At the brewery.
Deep black color with red highlights.
Aroma with notes of cocoa, red fruits, chocolate, chilly and dark fruits.
Very spiced flavor with predominant notes of chili, chocolate, cocoa, red and dark fruits. Dry and hot aftertaste.
Medium to full body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 10.1% goes sideways on its spiced notes.
This was one of the most spiced beer I have ever tasted. Just for very few. It is an intense mole poblano.
