Pours a lightly cloudy golden color. Thick, frothy white head forms on the beer before steadily dissipating until just a thin ring of foam remains on the beer. Aroma has notes of white bread, a touch of corn, and some grassy spicy hop notes.
Taste follows the nose with notes of white bread, some light corn grist, and some spicy, grassy hops. It is a simple profile, but clearly going for a classic American pilsner. It is not very sweet - just a light malty sweetness from the beer. Feel is light, crisp, and asy drinking. Bright, lively carbonation.
Overall this is a nice beer - I would absolutely pick this one up again.
