This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells like creamy sweet coconut, maple, roasted malt, and dark chocolate.
This has a pretty solid body and flavor for a BA porter at this low of an ABV. At this ABV, the barrel just tends to wash out the base beer, so I'm impressed here. There's a bit of barrel spice and some bourbon, along with a solid creamy coconut character to it.
This is medium bodied, and quite creamy, with a good drinkability.
This is definitely better than it has right to be.
