Can. Extra dark brown with a wispy tan head. Lacing is apparent.
Aroma of espresso with hints of liquorice. Sweet lactose is present.
Heavily roasted malt flavour. Toasted wholemeal bread with caramel spread.
A thick velvet feel. Low carbonation. The alcohol is well hidden.
Very good if somewhat sweet for my palate.
