Half pint from cask at Tap East, Stratford. Really lovely bitter, full of character. The hops are quite fruity, with hints of citrus, herbs and spice, while the malt is really complex, being full but light, with notes of bread, more spice, sweet spice hints like cinnamon and gingerbread, with some competing sweet caramel and crisp biscuit, and even some earthiness. Great carbonation is smooth, light, yet wholesome.
