Galaxy Red Rye malt forward ale. Chinook bittering hops add a piney balance for the rye. Galaxy hops were added throughout including dry hopping, which add tropical, fruity notes.

On draft at Brew Bank -Topeka. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace. It smelled of spicy rye, toasted caramel and roasted malt. Nice spicy rye with pine, citrus and toasted caramel taste.
