Light-bodied German-style Pilsner lager with a well balanced noble hop presence leaning more toward the aromatic side. Floral, earthy and spicy noble hops paint a beautiful portrait in a style many consider to be the first beer to truly showcase the range & complexity of hop flowers.

First of all, the 80's album cover artwork on the cans is absolutely awesome. Perfectly captures the fun and vibes of Miami.
The pilsner opens up with the classic bready and crackery aroma. Lots of carbonation, but settles down rather quickly.
Taste is interesting. Tastes like your average pilsner malt, but I sense a little 'zing' or 'zest' (citrusy) , which is perfectly fitting.
Overall, it is decent, but there are alot better breweries in South Florida.

12 oz. can. Clear golden. Smells of strong malt in the form of honey and dough ahead of lightly floral hops. Maybe a little DMS? Tastes sharp and malty up front, but doesn't deliver on sweetness. Back end has a slight hop bite and a sharp buildup of bready flavor that drops off quickly leaving a touch of cardboard bitterness and what I'd call alcohol, but it can't be at this ABV. Medium body. Not what I'd call a crisp or soft pilsner. Meh. Maybe I'm being harsh.

On-tap at 3.14 Craft Beers & Spirits, Sarasota, FL
A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high white head that died down and left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Light aromas of pilsener malts are present in the nose along with some bits of lemons.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of pilsener and pale malts with hints of lemons and a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied in the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and the touch of lemons lends a touch of refreshing properties.
Serving type: on-tap.

Crystal clear light golden color; Thin white head dissipates quickly; Has a good beer smell; Mouth feel is nothing special; Taste is plain, unremarkable - not much flavor; Overall – nothing to write home about.
I've been impressed by other beers from MIA Beer Company. This one was a disappointment. The can is labeled Domino Pilsner, which made it a little hard to find on BA, which list it simply as Domino.
This is what the MIA website says about it: "We’re letting our inner German out with the style that was the original tribute to the hop. A light-bodied German-style Pilsner lager with a well balanced noble hop presence leaning more toward the aromatic side. Floral, earthy, and spicy noble hops paint a beautiful portrait in a style many consider to be the first beer to truly showcase the range and complexity of hop flowers. Pearle, hallertauer, tettenang, saaz hops are all showcased in this straw, proud lager." Meh.

A step up from the big 3. Great starter craft. Clean and crisp.

Poured from a freshness dated 12 oz. can: shiny and clear golden hue with a quickly dissipating white head.
Spicy noble hops in the aroma with a touch more fruitiness than is typical for the style.
Crisp, hop-driven version of a pilsner with a good malty background. Very clean flavor and taste a semi-sweet, lingering aftertaste; nothing complex but just right for a steaming mid August in Florida.
A nice interpretation with a high ABV for the style. This brewery is down in the Miami, Florida area, yet the can states this beer was brewed and canned by Brew Hub, LLC, Lakeland, Florida which is located on the interstate 4 corridor.

Pours a clear pale orange with fizzy white head. Lightly bready, big pils showcase, classic lightly floral and spicy hopping, white grape + peach juice blend. Nails the style, flavorful and refreshing.
