16oz undated can poured into a tulip glass at fridge temp 8% ABV per label. The beer pours very dark brown with light brown head. The head recedes to a thin cap and leaves a web of lacing. The aroma is mild with sweet, barely roasty, chocolate malt. The taste is semisweet, roasty malt. Mild cocoa and minimal bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation and a semi dry finish. Overall, good milk stout.

Draft in a Pilsner glass, unfortunately, but I had a sample in a snifter before this, so all's good.
Pours a deep brown, opaque with a one and a half finger head and a good amount of foamy lacing. Smell is medium roasted malts, lots of milk and dark chocolate, some vanilla and cocoa, hint of toffee. Taste also leads with malt- not as roasty as the nose, and follows the nose with lots of chocolate. Vanilla, light molasses, cocoa, some caramel. Smooth, creamy, solid body for the style, the taste lingers on the tongue.
This is a really good milk stout, rich and flavorful with some sweetness, but not overly so. Second beer of the night from these guys and I'm impressed. Give this one a try if you see it, it's well worth a purchase.
