On tap at J. Wakefield. Deep brown. Big creamy head. Smell is acidic and nutty. Some chocolate. A bit of dark fruit. Taste is similar. Sour up front. Nutty brown malts. Bitter finish. Kinda drops off. Dry in the back end. Medium body. Unexciting, but decent.

Drinking a bomber that has to be three to four years old. Held up well. Fuzzy head that dissipates quickly. Brownish color, tanning edges. Tart fruity scent, bit of a wood barrel aged red wine presence. Taste is tart, slightly sour, mild apple flavors. Feel is light to medium bodied, mouth watering. Finish reminds me of a lemon/lime soda for some reason. Bought it because my brother was going to Cigar City, and this was before they distributed pretty much nowhere other than FL, and it looked intriguing. Let it sit in the fridge forever, glad I finally had it.

Additional note-as it warms, really smooths out, opens up, becomes very velvety on the feel.

Tastes like a tart Arnold Palmer. Developed balanced tartness with a tea flavor. It is a quenching tartness that doesn't turn acidic. Not a deep brown flavor from the malt more like a balancing tea note. Plenty of lemon.

Collaboration with Tampa's CCB. From 750ml bottle. Very dark reddish brown. Thick creamy off white 2 finger head. The smell of wine from the oak aging hits the nose as soon as it's opened. Smells a little funky like a Flanders should be. The taste is tart and somewhat sour. The feel is silky and very creamy. Clean finish without much aftertaste. Overall I'm very impressed by this. Though not near as good as most Belguin offerings, it's still worth trying. It's nice to see some local Brewers trying this unique style
