Hazy, light orange gold color with white cap and lacing.

Fairly strong aroma of grapefruit and orange with a zesty sort of hop brightness.

Taste is hop forward consisting of somewhat floral citrus notes opening with a firm yet not bitter hop bite. This supported by a substantial amount of malt that I missed in the scent. The malt isn't a sweet sort, rather dry and crackery like Pilsner malt, yet there's plenty enough to carry the hops along. Fairly complex and balanced flavors that are consistent to the finish and linger a bit in the aftertaste.

Medium full texture with balancing carbonation.

This is a brew of substance with poise and balance.

Pours a nearly opaque light orange capped by a finger of white foam. Smell: grapefruit, lemon-lime, mango puree, peach candy. Taste: tangerine, lemon-lime, white peach, a little grass and cracker. Medium-plus bodied, juicy with creamy carbonation. Pretty tasty.

On tap at Das Biergarten. Hazy pale orange. Smells of tropical fruit and some tangerine. Tastes much the same. Tropical fruit and orange, but low sweetness. A little bit of grapefruit bite in the back end. Medium body. Solid IPA and a good local choice here in South Florida.

From can May 2018, dated 3.26

Solidly in the hazy juice bomb category, this is a very solid but not quite outstanding example of the style. Definitely worth picking up but opt for MegaMix or Jazzercize if you must choose.

Poured from a 16 OZ can into a pint glass. The appearance is a murky dark yellow with a large white head. The aroma is citrus and flowers. The taste is citrus and hops.

Canned 3/26/18.
Look: Dark yellow in color. Murky and hazy. Moderate lacing, with 2 fingers worth of head which dissipated rapidly.
Smell: Lemon, orange, grapefruit with some mango, pineapple and some floral earthyness.
Taste: Full of citrus fruits with a nice hop residual flavor. It is well balanced, and easy drinking.
Feel: Medium in body and weight. Carbonation moderate. Has a nice feeling but isn't as pillowy as other hazy ipas, but has a creamy character. Very drinkable.
Overall: This is very enjoyable and easy drinking. It balances both hops with adequate levels of juiciness that is indicative of the style. I am grateful to have tried. Cheers!

Poured from 16oz tall can into a tulip. Appears to have been canned on 3/26/18, so pretty fresh still!

Appearance: extremely murky, hazy yellow-orange hue with two fingers of frothy tan foam. Just about right!

Smell: citrusy, juicy, piquant hops with just a little earthiness and a nice underlying sweetness.

Taste: both juicy and dank; there's a good combination of flavors here. Very low bitterness with tons of hop flavor; I really like it.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and a really good creaminess for the style.

Overall: this beer is great. The hazy non-bitter hop-forward IPA is my favorite trend in brewing, and this right here is a darn good example of it.

Received as an extra in a trade.

A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a super, super murky orange light gold hue with a one finger creamy white head that fades to leave a thin creamy blanket.

S - Aromas of juicy oranges and orange zest. Swirls bring about more candy like aromas...ala gummy candies and almost a little tartness. Also get some interesting fruitiness, almost red berry like. I do get a little flash of tea aromas.

T - Taste is not really as good as the nose. The orange almost tastes fake, not quite as bad as 'from concentrate' orange juice but close. Get loads more of the herbal tea like flavours. Finish is an almost chalky bitterness. Like...asprins. Really bizarre.

M - Mouthfeel is lowly carbonated, little creamy, alcohol hidden nicely.

O - Overall this had loads of potential but went wrong somewhere. The overly sweet almost artificial orange/citrus flavour, the forward herbal notes, along with that really weird finish confuses me here. The can was fresh...canned two weeks ago. Really don't get this one.
