When you open a weiss you except something this beer can't deliver. Too crisp and dry for the expectations. Not a bad beer, just a bad beer for what it should be.

15th of September, 2014. Taken from notes.
A: One thing that strikes me just the exact moment when I start to pour this beer is that there's no carbonation, and consequently no head. Yet, the beer is too cloudy for a weissbier.
S: Bready, filled with wheat notes and citrus references, lemon to be more exact.
T: It's not an even beer, it has lots of different behaviors in mouth that you don't expect from a weissbier. It's like they don't have any connection. Only after swallowing is when you get something more similiar to what a weissbier would do.
M: It's too watery, diluted.
O: Again, probably bad batch but (disclosure) I've been into pilsners.
