Cachaça yeast, cococa seeed. 10 month Porto barrel, first Aguardiente.
Black, with just a veil of foam.
Intense smell, a lot of Porto, cocoa, spirit notes. Under that, an Imperial Stout, roasted.
Amaretto, cherry, red fruit.
A lot of booze in the taste, probably from the spirit of the barrel. Quite challenging, in a good way.
Wood, tannins.
Realitvely light body for the beer. More drinkable, yes, but maybe a bit more structure could improve it.
Not easy, but oh...
