Poured to a Duvel glass, trying to remember everything.
A: Body is darkish and brown with some good beige head on top.
S: The aroma is delicious with some vanilla and some spices on top, and I guess you can almost dream about maple syrup if you try really hard.
T: Taste was pretty good, having a good but slight roasting on the malts that looked more like a Brown Ale than a Porter. Very light and drinkable. There was sweetness from beginning to end.
M: Body was medium. Carbonation is good. Alcohol is unnoticed. Sweetness is high but not overwhelming.
O: Very interesting Christmas Ale. Need more of this.
