On tap at Duque Brewpub, served in a 20 cl tulip glass. Pours a vibrant, cloudy, deep pink, with small head of white foam and little lace. Aromas of juicy blackberries, lactic acid and slight funk. Rounder flavor with more berry sweetness, red wine vinegar tartness, and yeasty notes. Light body with lively carbonation. Clean and refreshing, a harmonious blend of acid, fruit and barrel.
