Poured from 440mL can into a tumbler. Best by June 2024.
Appearance: medium-light golden hue with a moderate haze and a thin layer of white foam atop.
Smell: moderately sweet malt aroma with a little bit of spiciness. The character is not unlike that of grains of paradise, or even a little bit like rye.
Taste: malty with a little bit of a fruity character, and some of that spiciness from the aroma. It's nice, although I wouldn't characterize it as super clean.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a big carbonation and a good creaminess.
Overall: a decent helles. It could maybe be a little bit cleaner, but overall a beer I would drink again.
