A: The color is deep copper, while the thick, creamy, tall head is beige. Nice lacings.
S: Lots of malt, not that sweet, though. Bitterhops - nettles and hay. Meaty.
T: Dark sweet malt - bready. Dark dried fruits. Coffee and some bitter hops.
M: Long bitter and "dark" aftertaste. Body is medium (kind of thin for this style). Carbonation is mild.
O: A Doppelbock that is very basic. A Doppelbock kicks ass in the Lager-department every day, but in comparison with other Doppelbocks, this is nothing special.
