L: A slightly cloudy golden-amber color. One finger of head. Moderate lacing with decent retention. This is the shade of amber I envision the perfect pale ale to be.
S: Slightly hoppy. A bit of grapefruit and some restrained caramel. Slightly citrusy; maybe earthy a bit.
T: Balance is perfect. The hops weigh themselves off the malt perfectly. The classic 1-2 punch of grapefruity hops and caramel malt is here. Malt profile is a bit toasty too. Very clean yeast profile and not overly estery by any means.
F: A bit thin honestly. I would expect, and further enjoy, something a bit creamier/thicker. Carbonation, most likely due to the thinner body, comes across as a bit prickly, but it's not that bad.
O: This a great beer IMO. Easily drinkable, refreshing, and approachable to the novice drinker. This is what a good pale ale should be ! ;)

Smells good. Taste is also good. A session beer! The beer is a mild ale, and it taste good. If you think imperial stout, don't go for this one, however if it's refreshing drink you want, this one is for you! Cheers!!
