certainly the best beer i had on my visit to 38 state, and a real good colorado type ipa, with some sturdy malt backbone, still on the pale size, a little hop haze, and a crisp juicy bitterness. poured from the can, apparently this and their red are in four pack pint cans now, out on draft at the brewery when i was there. i really dig the cloudiness, its chill haze not yeast, and it gives the beer a cool looks and feel. the hops are northwestern type, pine and grapefruit, cascade and simcoe maybe, tough to say specifically, but its in that window. fuller bodied for the style, feels more sturdy than it is in alcohol too, bringing in some malt elements of a conventional double ipa, although their double ipa here was excellent as well. i love the high carbonation and the snappy bitter finish. this is sure to please the everyday ipa drinker, nothing way outside the box or anything, but a tasty local brew, affordable pricing, and probably soon to be rather widely available in the cans. well done on this one. an easy but dangerous session

Pours dark gold, with minimal lacing. The beer is medium bodied; the flavor profile is mostly floral with a muted hoppiness. This an easy-to-drink IPA, are the overall taste reminds me more of an APA. For 7.2%, this beer masks the alcohol content well
