December 26th, 2015 - Knees Up! is a nostalgic trip back to my biology and science classrooms where worms and mulch are working away on soil and compost. The flavor has dank and rich tones with biological richness, compost and a semi-sweet, soily aftertaste. It's odd and doesn't actually taste very good, but a new kind of flavor. The aroma contrasts with the taste by being dustier, maltier like a red ale, and a little like fermenting sake rice. Not a good beer in general, but curious.
