I was worried this would be too sweet but it's not at all. The honey is subtle, just a touch of sweetness. Not your traditional saison. This one goes down crisp and refreshing. Highly drinkable, especially on a hot day. Delicious.

Slightly hazy dark orange, creamy bone colored head, a few rings on the glass. Smell: honey, pear, lightly bready and spicy. Taste: apple, plum, spicy, grainy...rye, mild sugary sweetness. Drying finish, body is quite light, with the whole experience over too soon. Nice, easy drinking.

Wildflower honey really comes out in this one. Really nice beer.
