Golden color, small white head leaves some decent lace.
Smell is odd, meat in a vinegar-based marinade. WTH? Not off-putting but strange on the sniff, but fine on the exhale.
Taste is spot on, rich, malt, light citrus, pear and apple notes, rum. Great balance.
Nearly full bodied, light effervescence. Warming from before the swallow. Well worth trying, just don't involve the nose too much.
