Soft, sweet, and very smooth - nice clean finish. There's just a bit of a hoppy, bitter sharpness to the beer that is both good and bad in my opinion - the hops themselves aren't my favorite, but I do like that complementary bitterness. All of these things, it does well. It's not a remarkable beer, but it's very well executed.
