Look: Completely opaque and cloudy dark yellow. A finger of foamy white head with good retention.
Smell: Strong lemon scent ahead of the usual spices and wheat of a hefeweizen.
Taste: Lemon, orange peel, spices, and a soapy hop bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Creamy and highly carbonated.
Overall: A good concept let down by too much soapiness.
