Saltwater Intrusion - Sweet Heat

The beer is a pale yellow that really isn't too appealing. The head is nice looking and has some staying power. On the nose, the jalapeno is prominent with the coriander and sourness in the background. I'm a big fan of chili peppers, so this smells quite nice to me. The taste is crisply sour. The passionfruit overtakes the jalapeno on the taste. The malt doesn't add too much, nor do the hops, maybe a faint grassiness that gets mixed with the corriander flavor. As for the body, the heat is very minimal. It is relegated to a very slight warmth on the back of my throat. The beer a loose is flowing with good carbonation. Overall, it is an interesting beer with interesting flavors. Wish it was hot though.
